  • ● Starting pay ranges from $15 - $22 per hour depending on the position being filled and applicant’s experience.

    ● Overtime is paid for all hours in excess of 40 hours per week at a rate of 1.5x the hourly rate.

  • ● Operators, truck drivers, and laborers - Monday through Friday starting at the Graber Backhoe shop at 6:00 am. Employees can expect to work an average of 55 hours per week. This is an average. Some weeks will be 40 hours, some will exceed 55. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or customer emergencies, nights and weekends may be required from time to time. Double time pay is offered per management discretion on qualifying emergency jobs.

    ● Techs/Mechanic - there is an opportunity for flex time, mostly working a 40 hour work week. Overtime is paid when an excess of 40 hours per week has been worked.
